Funeral services were held for Thomas E. Kahl, 78, of Monongahela, Carroll Township, who passed away on Monday, June 22, 2026, in Jefferson Hospital. Born Jan. 26, 1948, in New Eagle, Tom was the son of the late James and Lucretia Beazell Kahl. A 1965 graduate of the former Monongahela High School, Tom earned his bachelor’s degree in education from California State University.
