The family of Noreen Newhouse, 72, of North Belle Vernon, is deeply saddened to announce her passing on Sunday, June 28, 2026, at Penn High lands – Mon Valley Hospital, Monongahela, surrounded by her family. Noreen was born on March 18, 1954, to the late Virginia “Doed” Halgas and Rudolph “Rudy” Halgas of North Belle Vernon. Noreen was a lifelong caretaker of all those she loved.
