Debbie A. Germeo, 74, of New Eagle, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, June 14, 2026. Born Oct. 5, 1951, in Charleroi, she was the daughter of the late John “Skinny” H. and Betty Balliard Short. After graduating from Monongahela High School in 1969, Debbie received her beautician’s license from the former Pittsburgh Beauty Academy in Charleroi.
