Cindy Lou Kostelac, 75, of  Washington Township, passed away on Sunday, June 14, 2026, in her home, surrounded by her family. A daughter of the late John and Leah Livingstone Ramsey, she was born in Charleroi on April 12, 1951. A resident of Belle Vernon for the past 40 years, Cindy was a 1969 Frazier High School graduate.
