Charles William Purbaugh III – Rostraver Township

Charles William Purbaugh III, 59, of Rostraver Township, died Monday, June 8, 2026. “Knucklehead,” as he was affectionately known, was born in Charleroi on Sept. 2, 1966. He is survived by his mother, Elaine (Ray) Kovaly; brother, David Purbaugh Sr.; three stepsisters, Katy, Lisa and Amy; and nephews and nieces, David Jr., Michael, Brandon, Joshy and Ashley.
