Barry was born on March 14, 1939, in Monongahela, son of the late John W. and Dorothy E. Schumann Tregembo. Barry began his career working for Ford Motor Co. from 1961-1966, and then in 1966 he embarked into entrepreneurship and General Manager at Davies & Tregembo Dodge, then Davies & Tregembo Ford in Charleroi, as 50% owner shareholder and the primary operator until his departure in 1992. In 1995, he opened Tregembo Ford, which transitioned to Tregembo Motors in Bentleyville, where he was still assisting at times as a parttime outside consultant with his daughter, Billie Sue, her respected colleague and friend, Joe Sopcak, and their committed dealership team. Barry is survived by his wife, Jackie Thomas Tregembo, whom he married May 24, 1981; two daughters, Ruthanne and husband Jeff Remark, and Billie Sue DeForest; three grandchildren, Jeffrey Jan, Jonathan Jack Remark and Anne (Annie) DeForest. Barry was preceded in death by a brother, John “Jerry” Tregembo, who died July 27, 2025; and his beloved and eternally connected twin sister, Barbara A. Bauer, who died April 27, 2024, and her husband, Donald Bauer. Matthew 25:23, Well done, good and faithful servant!
