George J. Savarino, 77, of Rostraver Township, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 6, 2026, in Penn Highlands Mon Valley Hospital. A son of the late Dominic and Jennie (Bruno) Savarino, he was born in North Charleroi on Aug. 12, 1948. Formerly of Dunlevy, George was a member of St. Andrew the Apostle in Charleroi and the Allenport Rod and Gun Club. He was a proud graduate of Kent State University.
