Negley “Ted” Rodgers Jr., 91, of Belle Vernon, Washington Township, passed away Thurs day, June 4, 2026, in his daught e r ’ s home sur rounded by family. Born Nov. 8, 1934, in North Charleroi, he was the son of the late Negley and Hildegarde Byrnes Rodgers. Ted grew up in Belle Vernon, moved to Washington for 15 years, then returned home to Belle Vernon.
