Howard “Otis” Crosby, 71, of Monessen, died on June 3, 2026, at Allegheny General Hospital. He was born on Jan. 6, 1955, to the late Mason and Azlie Thompson Crosby. Otis was retired from U.S. Steel Irvin Wo r k s . He was a member of The Christian Center Church and a 1973 graduate of West Newton High School.
