Man charged in sex assault sought

Charleroi Regional Police are still looking for a man with sexual assault charges stemming from an incident last year.

Lisner Vincent, 38, of North Charleroi was charged with aggravated assault, sexual assault and simple assault stemming from an alleged incident Sept. 9, 2025.

According to a complaint, the female victim told police that Vincent was supposed to take her home from work, but instead took her to his house and assaulted her with a closed fist. The victim was taken to Penn Highlands Mon Valley Hospital due to injuries from the incident.

Police responded to another call from the victim at the hospital before she was transferred to another medical facility. The victim gave additional information, including what she believed to be Vincent’s address.

The victim she was sitting on a couch at Vincent’s home when he grabbed her behind the neck and dragged her to a bed. She tried to fight back, and Vincent punched her in the face, according to the complaint. Vincent then fled the scene, and the victim walked home.

Police are asking anyone with information on Vincent’s location to contact them at 724 483-8010 or Detective David Kimball at 724-483-8010. Callers can remain anonymous.

Kimball said Vincent was last seen leaving the South Strabane Walmart.
