Accident snarls traffic on Speers Bridge

Charleroi Fire Department responded to an accident Thursday on the Speers Bridge. Rostraver Township Fire Department, Belle Vernon Volunteer Fire Company and Pennsylvania state police assisted, and Charleroi helped with patient care and hazard control.
