South Allegheny to hold commencement Friday
Seniors Taylor Bowman and Dillon Pomocki are this year’s Superintendent Award recipients.

Graduation for 107 members of South Allegheny High School’s Class of 2026 is set for 6:30 p.m. Friday at Gladiator Stadium.
In the event of rain, graduation will be moved indoors, and tickets will be required for entry. No ticket is needed for entry to the outdoor ceremony, and families and friends may also watch the ceremony live through a livestream link that will be posted on South Allegheny’s website and social media pages.
This year’s graduation speakers will include Superintendent Award recipients Taylor Bowman and Dillon Pomocki. This prestigious honor is selected by the faculty and staff to recognize students who demonstrate exceptional academic excellence, leadership and character both within the school and throughout the community.
Taylor is the daughter of Angela and Chris Bowman of Liberty Borough. She plans to attend Duquesne University to major in exercise science.
Dillon is the son of Kerri and David Pomocki of Port Vue. He is planning to attend Union College to major in biology.
