Robert A. Trombino – Belle Vernon

Robert A. Trombino, 100, of Belle Vernon, passed away on Saturday, May 23, 2026, in his home, with his loving wife and daughter by his side. A son of the late James and Helen Sylvester Trombino, he was born in Belle Vernon on Nov. 7, 1925. He was a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church of Belle Vernon and the Musicians Union. Bob started playing the accordion at age 6. In the 1950s he formed his band, Bobby and the Belmonts, who played six days a week at Paydays in Monongahela. In 1960, ...
