Thomas Lee Chaney, 87, of Charleroi, formerly of Grand Rapids, Mich., passed away on Sunday, May 17, 2026, at Jefferson Hospital. Born on Nov. 19, 1938, in Cleveland, Ohio, he was the son of the late George and Maude Smiley Chaney. He was Catholic by faith and was a veteran of the United States Army. He was a retired fleet manager for Coca-Cola, was a member of the Charleroi Italian Club (I.U.C.) and had a love of fishing and for the Cleveland Browns.
