McKeesport Area celebrates fifth-grade D.A.R.E. graduation

The McKeesport Area School District celebrated 30 years of the D.A.R.E. (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) program last week in partnership with the City of McKeesport police department. Fifth-grade students were recognized for their participation and growth through this impactful educational program focused on decision-making, leadership, and positive choices. The celebration welcomed local dignitaries, parents, guardians, and community partners for a special ceremony and luncheon honoring our students’ accomplishments.
