Trailer filled With strawberries catches on fire

Rostraver Township police and firefighters were called early Monday morning to the scene of a commerical vehicle fire on Interstate 70 East near Mile 42.5. Crews extinguished a fire in a refrigerated van trailer hauling 27,000 pounds of California strawberries. Rostraver West Newton Emergency Services transported one occupant with a foot injury. Collinsburg firefighters assisted at the scene. Rostraver Township VFD
