Richard D. Mandarino, 78, of Rostraver Township, died on May 14, 2026. He was born on May 27, 1947, to the late Richard and Mary Stofcik Mandarino. Richard was an industrial arts teacher and taught at Severna Park High School in Maryland. During his retirement, he was the service manager at his family business, Frank’s Service Garage in Monessen.
