Bicyclist hit by vehicle in Rostraver

Rostraver Township Fire Department responded after a bicyclist was struck by a vehicle Tuesday night on C. Vance DeiCas Highway. The vehicle fled the scene, and the bicyclist was transported by Rostraver West Newton EMS to a local hospital. Fire crews assisted with lighting and traffic control. Rostraver police are investigating the incident. Rostraver Township Fire Department
