Clean lavatory facilities are provided for women at the Classification Center in Charleroi, Belgium, on March 26, 1945. Displaced persons of Russian and Polish origin, most of them victims of the Nazi slave labor system, were sent to Classification Centers in Belgium as they were liberated by advancing Allied armies.
