Sheetz plans to hire 500 new employees at its stores across Pennsylvania.

Each of the 315 locations will host on-the-spot interviews during this time frame. However, candidates interested will need to apply for a store position online at jobs.sheetz.com before arriving in person.

Sheetz is specifically looking for three key roles during the hiring process across the Keystone State: 1. Supervisors: prioritize in-store tasks, delegate effectively and foster a positive work culture 3. Assistant Managers: lead and manage day-to-day store operations in the manager’s absence, ensure fully staffed stores and foster positive relationships with employees and the community Once job candidates arrive at a Sheetz location on Wednesday, they should can scan the QR code provided by the store to sign in and then check in at the cash register. They can have a complimentary drink while awaiting their interview, Sheetz said.

Pennsylvania’s Sheetz hiring day is part of a broader hiring effort across the company’s over 810 locations, which span seven states. In total, Sheetz is aiming to hire 1,540 new employees across the entire company, the announcement said.
