Longtime Donora police chief honored
During Thursday’s Donora Council meeting, Councilman James Brice, the borough’s retired, longtime police superintendent, was honored with The Minority Initiatives Group Black History Program Legend Award. Brice served as the borough’s police superintendent for 34 years.
