PennDOT District 12 is announcing that a single-lane restriction is scheduled to occur on westbound Interstate 70 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. today between Exit 44 (Arnold City) and Exit 49 (Smithton) in Rostraver Township, Westmoreland County. All work depends on weather and operations.
