Two hurt in Rostraver Road crash

Rostraver Township firefighters responded to multiple accidents Thursday. Around 5 p.m., they were called to the scene of a commercial vehicle accident on Interstate 70 west near Exit 46. No injuries or hazards were reported. First responders assisted with traffic control while residual delays continued before the scene was cleared. That afternoon, firefighters were called to an accident in the 1000 block of Rostraver Road. Two people were evaluated by Rostraver West Newton Emergency Services on scene and transported to a local hospital. There were no passengers in the school van that was involved.
