A Charleroi man was cited for allegedly harassing employees at a Fallowfield Township business in December.

Michael Anthony Todora, 36, was cited with harassment based on a course of conduct with no legitimate purpose and defiant trespassing stemming from the alleged incident Dec. 12 at 1440 Foods/Bakery Barn in the Alta Vista plan in Fallowfield Township, court records state.

Pennsylvania State Police filed the non traffic summary citations Tuesday, and Todora is awaiting a plea with Magisterial District Judge Eric Glenn Porter’s office.

According to a release from state police, Todora was trespassing at the location, with the intent to harass, annoy or alarm another person, which they stated was the 1440 Foods employees.

“(Todora) did engage in a course of conduct or repeatedly committed acts, namely entered the business where he had no legal right to be, and filmed/posted himself on X harassing employees he believed to be Haitian, which did alarm or seriously annoy such other person, and which served no legitimate purpose,” according to a press release from state police.
