• Sadie Lynn Bednarczyk, 44, of Fayette City was charged with intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered and use/possession of drug paraphernalia stemming from an alleged traffic incident Jan. 19, court records state. A preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Wayne Vlasic is scheduled for 10 a.m. Feb. 27.
