NORTH BELLE VERNON Anthony J. “Toby” Ross, 75, of North Belle Vernon, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2026, at AHN Jefferson Hospital, Jefferson Hills. Born Oct. 3, 1950, in North Charleroi, he was the son of the late John J. Ross Sr. and Anna Mendicino Ross.
