NORTH BELLE VERNON Anthony J. “Toby” Ross, 75, of North Belle Vernon, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2026, at AHN Jefferson Hospital, Jefferson Hills. Born Oct. 3, 1950, in North Charleroi, he was the son of the late John J. Ross Sr. and Anna Mendicino Ross. A lifelong resident of North Belle Vernon, Anthony was a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church in Belle Vernon and was retired from Belle Vernon Area School District, where he worked in the
