Private Industry Council of Westmoreland/Fayette Inc. awarded $25,000 grant from Comcast

The Private Industry Council of Westmoreland/Fayette Inc. (PIC) announced it has been awarded a $25,000 grant from Comcast to support and expand its free digital literacy classes in Westmoreland and Fayette counties. This funding will help PIC expand its curriculum to include the topic “AI in the Workplace.” This class will review the integration of AI across job sectors, practical utilization of AI tools for writing, data organization, scheduling, and communication.
