Terry A. Mochnaly
BELLE VERNON, FORMERLY OF WEBSTER On Nov. 22, Terry “Moch” Mochnaly passed away of natural causes after several health chal lenges in recent years. He was born in North Charleroi on Sept. 19, 1958, to the late Helen and Joseph Mochnaly. Terry was known and liked by many in the community … whether you bought a car from him during his many years at Jack Roley Pontiac & Cadillac, saw him operating the clock at a Belle Vernon Leopards basketball game or watched him perform alongside Brother Jeep as “Cold Heat.” Terry was an avid sports fan following the Penn State Nittany Lions, Pittsburgh Steelers, Pirates, Penguins and, of course, professional wrestling. In his younger days, Terry was a standout high school and American Legion baseball player as a left-handed pitcher. He continued his playing days as a part of several softball teams, including Foster House and Roley’s. Terry is survived by his two older brothers, Joel (Bonnie) of Phoenixville, Pa., and Danny (Sharon) of Rostraver, Pa.; a niece and several nephews who will always remember him as the fun uncle … cracking jokes at inappropriate times, going to wrestling and other events, driving around in his always detailed car and getting yelled at by Gram for shaking her chandelier while wrestling when he was likely applying the “Russian Claw.” A big thank you to his caregivers, especially Donna, who took good care of him in recent years, and his good friends, Doug Indof and Debbie Kruell, who have been there for him for many years. Consistent with his wishes, all arrangements were private and handled by ROBERT A. BILLICK FUNERAL HOME INC.
