Tractor-trailer carrying food condiments overturns on I-70

A tractor-trailer hauling fast food condiments lost control and overturned on Interstate 70 west in Rostraver Township about 2:30 a.m. Tuesday. The driver, who was confined, was extricated through the windshield and evaluated on scene by Rostraver West Newton Emergency Services.
