Monessen Elks grant helps Mon Valley Paws

Monessen Elks Lodge 773 recently received a $2,000 Spotlight Grant from the Elks National Foundation, which was donated to Mon Valley Paws, a nonprofit organization that provides assistance to individuals and nonprofit organizations specializing in animal health care and rescues.
