Veterans to be honored at McKeesport Area High School

The concert is free and open to the public as a salute to all veterans.

The annual Veterans Day program at McKeesport Area High School will be held at 4 p.m. Nov. 11 in the McKeesport Area High School auditorium, 1960 Eden Park Blvd.

The program is held each year as a tribute to those who have served or continue to serve in one of the armed forces: Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, Coast Guard, or Space Force.

The program features musical performances from the band, directed by Noah Crawford; orchestra directed by Sarah Persin; and choir under the direction of Beth Eger.

Veterans who have served in any battle in any war are encouraged to attend and be honored for their service.

After the 4 p.m. concert, the audience is invited to join the musicians and singers for snacks and drinks in the high school cafeteria.

The concert is free and open to the public as a salute to all veterans.
