John Kleppner – North Belle Vernon

NORTH BELLE VERNON John Kleppner, 78, of North Belle Vernon, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2025, at UPMC Presbyt erian Hospital in Pittsb urgh. Born in North Charleroi on June 24, 1947, he was a son of the late John and Evelyn Zeffiro Kleppner. John devoted his life to helping others. As a therapist, he guided countless individuals through their struggles and toward healing, often giving more of himself than he ever expected in return. His gift for touching souls, listening deeply and offering wisdom with kindness made him a rare and cherished presence in the lives of all who knew him. He will be remembered for his gentle spirit, his gratitude for even the smallest moments and the way he made people feel truly seen and cared for. His legacy lives on in the many lives he helped and the friendships he built with sincerity and love. John is survived by his cousins, Gabriel Zeffiro, Jo (Zeffiro) Talley and Maureen (Zeffiro) and extended family. He is also remembered with deep love by his devoted friend and confidant, Lony Mori, who remained faithfully by his side throughout his later years. Arrangements have been entrusted to ANTHONY L. MASSAFRA FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICE INC., 40 Second St. Ext., Carroll Township/Donora, PA 15033, 724-379-6900, where the family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, Sept. 15, 2025.
