‘Sweets and smiles’ on Grandparents Day

Georgia Whipkey joined her twin grandsons, Declan and Ryan Long, kindergartners at California Area Elementary School, for Monday’s “Sweets and Smiles with Grandparents” event in the school cafeteria.
