• Gesla Bellefleur, 26, of North Charleroi was charged with simple assault and harassment stemming from an alleged incident Wednesday, court records state. A preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Eric Porter is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Sept. 11, and Bellefleur is being held in Washington County Prison unable to post a $15,000 bail.
