Donna Jean Veliky Macik – Carroll Township

CARROLL TOWNSHIP Donna Jean Veliky Macik, 74, of Carroll Township — cherished mother, wife, sister, aunt and friend — passed away peacefully and surrounded by love on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, following a courageous journey with cancer. Born in North Charleroi on May 11, 1951, she was the youngest daughter of the late Joseph and Anna Wruszak Veliky. She was Catholic by faith and a longtime member of St. Andrew the Apostle Parish. She retired from Thermo Fisher Scientific (formerly Fisher Scientific) after 55 years of dedicated service. Donna was a humble, compassionate and sweet-natured woman who had an infectious laugh and a knack for making up her own words and phrases, lovingly called “Donna-isms.” She loved spending time with her family and friends, traveling
