• Persia Lewis, 26, of Charleroi, was charged with criminal mischief - damage property, simple assault, disorderly conduct engage in fighting, disorderly conduct hazardous/physically offensive, and harassment stemming from an alleged incident on Aug. 14, court records state. A preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Mark Wilson is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. Sept. 24.
