Patricia Porter Gregor

ROSTRAVER TOWNSHIP Patricia Porter Gregor of Rostraver Township passed away on Aug. 9, 2025. She was born March 5, 1925, in Doncaster, Eng land, daughter of the late Richard and Emily Jane Porter. Patricia was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 40 years, Donald Gregor; cherished twin sister, Oliver Porter Bronder; precious greatgranddaughter Tatiana Parkinson; and two sons-in-law, William Rohrer and Douglas Kinney. Patrica is survived by children: Peggy Rohrer of Steilacoom, Wash.; Susan Parkinson of Oakland, Calif.; Terryann Kinney of Martinsburg, W.Va.; Linda Switalski (Charles) of Hopwood, Pa.; Donald Gregor (Deborah) of Monessen; Wendy Day (Roger) of Solon, Ohio; William Gregor (Pamela)of Rostraver Township; Sally Gregor of Chandler, Ariz.; and J. Shawn Gregor (Jewel) of Woodbridge, Va.; along with 11 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Patricia graduated from Rostraver High School in 1943. After raising nine children and encouraged by her husband, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from California State College in 1970 and a Master of Education degree as a reading specialist in 1975. After teaching for 18 years in Hempfield Area School District, Patricia retired in 1988. Patricia was an active member of Fells United Methodist
