Idalee W. Leeper – Rostraver Township

Idalee W. Leeper, 94, of Rostraver Township, passed away on F r iday, Aug. 8, 2025. She was born in Rostraver Township on March 11, 1931, daughter of the late David and Bessie Daugherty Wells. Idalee was a lifelong resident of Rostraver Township and a lifelong member of Rehoboth Presbyterian Church in Rostraver.
