Bartley “Bradley” Diggs was born in Connellsville, Pa., on Feb. 28, 1974, to Qu e e n “B” Diggs and James “Bo” Reese. Bartley was the baby of 13 siblings, who grew up in the beautiful community of Whitsett, Pa., and graduated from Frazier High School.
