Mon Valley Paws hosts Pet Memorial Mile

Mon Valley Paws hosted its inaugural Pet Memorial Mile on Saturday in honor of those who have lost their beloved pets. The event was created to raise funds for Mon Valley Paws’ veterinary grant programs and grants to its partnered shelters and rescues. The event included the Michael Shaffer Pet Memorial Bridge, which was created in collaboration with Michael’s Ovation.  Kim Cope places a collar on the Michael Shaffer Pet Memorial Bridge.
