Jewette Grant “Jay” Smith III., 86, of Leechburg, formerly of New Stanton, died Tuesday, July 8, 2025. Born in Philadelphia on March 8, 1939, he was the son of the late Jewette G. Smith II and Elizabeth H. Hodgson Smith. Jay was a member of Rehoboth Presbyterian Church. where he formerly served as an elder.
