Francis W. “Frank” Oates Jr., 89, of Forward Township, passed away peacefully at his son’s home surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, July 6, 2025. A Marine Corps veteran, he was a longtime member of First Presbyterian Church of Elizabeth and Bricklayers Local Union 9 in Pittsburgh.
