EF student wins Cam Heyward foundation coloring contest
“How can you be a hero?” That’s what Edgar Snyder & Associates, Cam Heyward of the Pittsburgh Steelers and his foundation, The Heyward House, asked local elementary school students in their “How to Be a Hero” coloring contest. More than 2,000 students submitted their answers, and five were selected as winners. The grand prize winner was Elliott Hobaugh, a student at Central Elementary in the Elizabeth Forward School District. She earned a $2,500 donation to her school, and her artwork will be displayed on a billboard. Four other schools received $1,000 donations. Elliott drew a picture of her helping her sister, Mady, who has special needs. “Mady is my hero because she has a lot of struggles, but always tries her best,” Elliott said. Shown, from left, are attorney Edgar Snyder, Elliott Hobaugh with her mom, Kate Hobaugh, and Heyward.
