Norma L. Skraitz, 98, of Washington, formerly of Rostraver Township, died Monday, June 23, 2025. Born in Fells burg on Sept. 13, 1926, she was the daughter of the late William A. and Isabelle Atkinson Beck. Norma was a secretary for the Westmoreland County Recorder of Deeds. She was a member of the Church of St. Anne and the Confraternity of Christian Mothers.
