Post, Jones named top graduates at Monessen High School

Commencement will take place at 6 p.m. Friday for 43 graduates.

Monessen High School will hold its 2025 commencement ceremony at 6 p.m. Friday in the high school gymnasium.

There are 43 graduates.

Baylee Post was named valedictorian and Kendra Jones is salutatorian.

Baylee is the daughter of Barbara and Kevin Post of Monessen. She plans to attend Robert Morris University to study business.

Kendra is the daughter of Erica and Jeff Jones of Monessen. She plans to attend Penn State University to study finance.
