BVA Rotary recognizes BVA, Frazier students of the month

The Belle Vernon Area Rotary Club recognized its March, April and May students of the month from Frazier and Belle Vernon Area high schools at a dinner meeting May 1 at the Cedarbook Clubhouse Grille in Rostraver Township.
