Lawmakers split on marijuana legalization

The Cannabis Health & Safety Act was introduced in the Pa. House this week.

Marijuana legalization could be coming to Pennsylvania, and Mon Valley lawmakers will have something to say about it.

On Monday, the Cannabis Health & Safety Act (House Bill 1200) was approved by the House Health Committee by a 14-12 party-line vote. The cannabis legislation moves on to the state House of Representatives for consideration.
