Odd Fellows donate to service dog project

The Charleroi group heard from a veteran who said his dog saved his life on numerous occasions.

The Charleroi Independent Order of Odd Fellows made a donation for veterans to receive service dogs Thursday evening and witnessed a presentation of how the animals operate.
