Leopold Rowland Vilsack, 85, of West Brownsville, passed away on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at his home. Born in Pitts burgh on Nov. 10, 1939, he was a son of Leopold V. and Kathleen Oats Vilscack. Leopold was retired from General Ionics. He was a member of Historic Church of St. Peter in Brownsville and was a veteran of the United States Air Force.
